How our booking system works

We're so excited that you'll be joining us for music therapy. Here is how to get a time fully booked in automatically. If at any time you would like to speak with us instead please write to us here and we'll call you.
1. Based on your postcode we'll find your closest studio (or you can tell us where you want to attend)
2. We'll grab some information from you about you/your child so we can match you to the right therapist and approach.
3. We'll ask for your availability so we can match you to a time.
4. We'll provide some options and you can choose a time that works for you.
5. Once decided, you'll confirm this by paying a deposit of $100 via credit/debit card.
6. We will get your time and teach ready and confirm your booking on our side by adding this to the calendar.
7. Once you have secured your time a member of our team will contact you to confirm your booking and discuss NDIS funding, service agreement and other paperwork etc.
8. We'll email you to confirm everything and we'll get the music started. 🙂
