CHOOSING THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR YOUR FRANCHISE

Choosing your franchise location is a big deal. Not just because it's a big investment, but in a myriad of ways in which that single decision will become either a huge blessing or curse as you head along your way. There isn't an exact way to choose a location but there are a number of things that you should be considering when you are looking around. 

Area: How close are you to your target audience? For example if you are working with families are you near high density housing and schools? 

Location: How is the parking or public transport access to your business? Is your space easily seen/found? 

Fit Out: Could you use any existing fit-out or is it a start fresh? What are the council permissions on the property?

Number: How does the rent stack up against your income? Run the numbers over a twelve month period.
